ORDERING POLICY
TERMS:
Net 30 days for pre-approved accounts; 1% discount for payments within 10 days of invoice
date. Open account status may be granted after a completed credit application is submitted
and approved by Natural Solutions®. A service charge of 1.5% per month will be added to all
overdue invoices. Shipments will not be made on past due accounts. No C.O.D.
RESALE CERTIFICATE:
By law, we are required to charge sales tax unless we have a completed and signed Resale Certificate on file prior to your first order.
PRICING POLICY
The customer shall purchase products from Natural Solutions at case quantity levels. All prices are subject to change without notice.
FREIGHT POLICY
We are equipped to ship products via UPS or Federal Express, less than truckload or full truckload. Shipping is FREE within the continental United States for all orders that meet the minimum shipping quantity of 10,000 lbs. per order per shipping destination. All orders that do not meet the minimum shipping quantity will be prepaid by Natural Solutions and invoiced to the customer. This minimum shipping quantity is subject to change without notice. Please notify Natural Solutions of any discrepancies within 24 hours of receipt of shipment.
RETURN POLICY
No materials will be accepted for return unless accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. This number must accompany any return shipment. Unauthorized returns will be returned to shipper. Returns for reasons other than defective merchandise will be credited at invoice price less 20% restocking charge. All returned merchandise must be freight prepaid.
REGULATION INFORMATION
All products are labeled within the regulations of the U.S.D.A. under the Federal Insecticide and Rodenticide Act, the Federal Hazardous Substances Act, E.P.A. and other applicable laws and regulations.
